LOGISTIC SERVICES

WAREHOUSE RECEPTION

Containers or transport units unloading, perpetual registration in the system with consultation via Internet, random quality inspection, reports of differences in quality or quantity against the supplier’s delivery document and accommodation within the warehouse. It does not cover book finishing processes (cleaning, labeling, banding, inserting, wrapping, assembling promotions, etc.), each action will be priced according to needs.

STORAGE

Safeguarding the merchandise in our warehouses and cyclical stock inspections. Does not cover insurance against theft or damage of the merchandise unless expressly hired.

 

ASSORTMENT OF ORDERS

Order preparations according to received instructions. By email, fax or any other printed or electronic means, order packing and shipping materials.

ORDER DELIVERY

Detailed delivery to the end costumer, appropriate acknowledgment of receipt to ensure collection when the order is delivered to the end customer, simple acknowledgement of receipt when the order is delivered to an intermediary, delivery of acknowledgments once a week at the customer’s administrative offices, orders online tracking. Insurance against theft or loss in transport unless expressly hired not included.

RETURNS RECOLLECTION

Scheduling of recollections according to orders received by email, fax or any other printed or electronic means; only for certain areas of the Republic, including Mexico City, recollection of foreign returns in transportation centers in Mexico City or direct reception at our facilities.

In any case: report of differences between what is received against what is credited by the customer, adequate acknowledgement of recollection to ensure collection when the order is picked up from the end customer, simple acknowledgement when the order is collected from an intermediary, delivery of acknowledgements once a week in the client’s administrative offices and online monitoring of the collections. Insurance against theft or loss in transport unless expressly hired not included.

RETURNED BOOKS PROCESS

Information generation for credit notes or credit referrals, reconditioning of books, title selection and availability, pre-owned (slightly deteriorated but salable on discount) or to be destroyed classification accessible to the publisher; and warehouse. Does not cover insurance against theft or loss during transportation and book wrapping or labeling, unless they are expressly hired.

BILLING BY DOCUMENT

Invoice or referral generation and delivery of consecutive fiscal and electronic files in the client’s offices once a week. Does not include the preparation of accounting policies.
